We were unaware...
...of the winery called Purple Hands when we first arrived in Oregon (actually we were unaware of many of Oregon’s great wineries before that first trip). The story of how we discovered Purple Hands and its connection to two of the legendary pioneers of Oregon winemaking, Ken Wright Cellars and ROCO, is why we found the Willamette Valley such an extraordinary place. As wine lovers will agree, the thrill of finding a great new winery is what makes a wine tour so much fun.
